1.
Position Title: Manager/Deputy Manager
No. of Vacancy: Few
Qualification:
• At least 5 years of experience in bank or financial institutions as officer level or above with requirement of managerial knowledge and skill; and minimum of 3 years of work experience either in finance, credit, human resource or operation department as chief of the department.
• Minimum Master Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age not exceeding 45 years

Position Title: Officer
No. of Vacancy: Few
Qualification:
• At least 4 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Operation, Credit and Marketing.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age not exceeding 45 years

Position Title: Junior Officer
No. of Vacancy: Few
Qualification:
• At least 3 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Operation, Credit and Marketing.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age not exceeding 35 years and 5 years of grace period for female candidate.

Position Title: Supervisor

Qualification:
• At least 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age not exceeding 35 years and 5 years of grace period for female candidate.

Position Title: Senior Assistant
No. of Vacancy: Few
Qualification:
• At least 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions.
• Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with aggregate of 50% marks.
• Age not exceeding 35 years and 5 years of grace period for female candidate.

Position Title: Assistant

Qualification:
• At least 2 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions.
• Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with aggregate of 50% marks.

Position Title: Assistant/Junior Assistant (Microfinance)

Qualification:
• At least 2 years of work experience in microfinance institutions.

8.
Position Title: Junior Assistant/Trainee

Qualification:
• Prior banking experience will be advantage.
• Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with aggregate of 50% marks.
