1. Branch Manager ( Junior Officer / Officer / Senior Officer)

This position requires and ability to impeccably carry the Banks Brand and effectively act as Banks Brand Representative. The Candidate should possess excellent competitive, market and product intelligence and should be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies and roadmaps and ensure their effecive implementations. The candidate should have an ability to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate them for greater accomplishments.

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferably Masters Degree but not less than Bachelors Degree in Any Discipline

Minimum Three Years of experience in the related field.
Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.

2. Service Managers ( Operation In-Charge)(Senior Assistant/Supervisor)
Locations: Inside Valley & Outside Valley Branches:

Balkot, Dharke, Panchkhal, Parasi, Duwakot, Mahadevbesi, Galchi, Maghanganwa, Purano Thimi, Trishuli, Arunkhola, Lumbini, Thali, Betrawati, Pakadi, Labani, Gajuri, Satungal, Traulihawa, Chandrauta

Required Number: Few

The Candidate is responsible for overseeing the banks administrative and Operations Staff and directs work flow between departments. The Candidates would be expected to be updated in applying up to date knowledge of banking, practices and procedures in operations area of the bank

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum of Bachelors Degree in any discipline, preferably in management.

Atleast 2 years of expericne in related field.

Age not below 18 and not exceeding 35 years.

Documentary evidence related to qualification and experience shall be sout from shortliested candidates
