The Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced State Manager to join Asaleo Care’s Healthcare team. Reporting to the Business Manager Healthcare the primary purpose of this position is to grow the Healthcare residential aged care business through the ongoing sales and management of customer relationships, whilst managing the SA/WA sales operations team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Driving the growth of the TENA business across SA/WA;
  • Driving the growth of the re-seller market through our distributor network;
  • Improve profitability through improved product mix, service efficiencies and identification of new business opportunities;
  • Design and implement sales strategy for WA/SA;
  • Lead, manage and coach the field operations team. 

The Person

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be working within a Business Development role currently with solid experience managing and leading teams. You will have proven success in winning and driving new business within a procurement driven environment and have had exposure to formulating and executing business channel plans. You will be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven sales track record within solution based outcome;
  • Solid commercial acumen;
  • Exposure to the residential care/ community care or acute health environments would be highly advantageous.
