Gandaki Bikas Bank Limited Limited is one of the leading National Level Development Bank operating with 59 branches invites applications from young, energetic, highly motivated, skilled & experienced candidates with determination to excel in following positions for its existing and following upcoming branches.

(For Imadol-Lalitpur, Kuleshwor-Kathmandu, Sukuldhoka-Bhaktapur, Fungling-Taplejung, Itahari-Sunsari, Lahan-Siraha, Bardibas-Mahottari, Bhojard-Bharatpur, Kagbeni-Mustang, Lamachaur-Pokhara, Parsyang-Pokhara, Tulsipur-Dang, Kohalpur-Banke, Surkhet-Surkeht and Mahendranagar-Kanchanpur)

1. Branch In-Charge (15)

Required Competencies:

Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of current financial market.
Having exposure in areas of Credit and business development
At least 3 years of working experience in Banking & Financial Institutions.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)

2. Relationship Officers (15)

Required Competencies:

Having experience in areas of Credit and operational functions.
At least 2 years of working experience in Banking and Financial Institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)

3. Officer Level (Few)

Required Competencies:

(For Biratnagar, Birtamod and Kathmandu Based Branch)

Having exposure in areas of Credit and business development
At least 2 years of working experience in Banking and Financial Institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)

4. Assistant Level (Few)

(For Upcoming and existing branches)

Required Competencies:

At least 1 year of working experience in Banking and Financial Institutions in the area of Credit functions.

Qualifications:

• Management Graduate or equivalent

5. Trainee Assistant (Few)

(For Upcoming and existing branches)

Qualifications:

• Management Graduate or equivalent

Preferred qualifications (For all positions):

Ability to work independently with flexibility of time and working condition.
Conversant in computer applications (MS Office Package).
Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
