MV Dugar Group is determined to construct three-hydropower project totaling 162 MW with an experienced management team, focused on efficiency and social and environmental responsibility. MV Dugar Group has also successfully completed financial closure for all project. Thus, MV Dugar Group request applications from dynamic candidates to fulfill the following positions.

1.Position Title: Construction Manager

Qualification and Experiences

• Master degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction (Management) Engineering with at least 15 years of experience in Hydropower.

2.Position Title: Deputy Construction Manager
No. of Vacancy: 1

Qualification and Experiences

• Master degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction (Management) Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in Hydropower. This position requires 3 managers for tunneling

3.Position Title: Senior Engineering (Geologist)
No. of Vacancy: 1

Qualification and Experiences

• Master Degree in Engineering Geology with at least 10 years of Experience in Tunneling.

4.Position Title: Engineering Geologist
No. of Vacancy: 5

Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Geology etc with 2 yrs experience working in tunnels.

5.Position Title: Senior Surveyor
No. of Vacancy: 1

Qualification and Experiences

• Graduate Degree in Survey/Geometrics Engineering with 7+ years of experience working on detailed topographical surveys and layout of hydropower projects (including underground structures).

6.Position Title: Surveyor

• Surveyor with experiences of at least 5 years

7.Position Title: Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with 3 yrs experience in Hydropower Field

8.Position Title: Tunnel Engineer

Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelors In Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mining. Hydropower etc.)
• 8 years experience in tunneling

9.Position Title: Road Designer
No. of Vacancy: 1

Qualification and Experiences

• Bachelors in civil Engineering with 3 yrs of experience in road design.

10.Position Title: Road Expert

Qualification and Experiences

• 20+ Yrs in Road Design and Construction in mountainous/hilly terrain.

11.Position Title: Supply Chain Manager

• 10+ Years Experience in Supply Chain Management.
