Job Description

Job Title: Broker Service Center Specialist
Responsible for the analysis and processing of broker information in KP systems working with multiple State and Federal regulatory organizations.
Under general supervision receives, evaluates, and addresses or escalates broker support requests such as broker demographic updates, requests for assistance with commission payment issues, processing appointment requests, broker-of-record changes by phone or email.

Communication
•Exchanges and interprets non-routine information and/or engages in basic task and activity collaboration

Soft Skills:
1.Ability to respond appropriately to an unhappy caller

Minimum years of experience – 1-2 years call center/customer service experience

Experience with Lotus Notes and Salesforce.com are a plus
