Jetts Fitness Scarborough is one of Perth’s busiest clubs and is currently undergoing the next generation refurbishment with state of the art equipment and a strong and dynamic team of Personal Trainers.

As Club Manager – membership sales are your primary focus.  You will need to be results driven and highly motivated to achieve KPI’s and hit monthly sales targets.  You will need to be organised a great communicator and have a love of customer service.

Your role will also involve:

• Designing and implementing sales strategies to drive membership growth
• Creating and implementing marketing activities in club and the local community
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Creating a culture within the Gym that is welcoming, supportive, inclusive and fun
• Managing and mentoring the great team of Personal Trainers
• Administrative duties, reporting to Business Owner, liaison with suppliers and facility management.

All applicants must have as minimum Cert III in Fitness and current First Aid qualifications.
