Position Title: Hospitality Trainer

Experience :

  • 4 years of experience

Job Description :

• Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and client dealing department
• Work in a team to produce programmes that are satisfactory to all relevant parties, such as supervisors, HoDs and Organizational Department at board level
• Develop effective induction programmes for staffs
• Devise individual learning plans
• Produce training materials for in-house courses
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with supervisors and HoDs
• Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
• Evaluate training and development programmes
• Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages for staffs
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning, customer relationship techniques and present this research

Basic Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management
• Minimum four years’ work experience of front office and housekeeping management

Job Description :

• Assist in manpower planning, employee placement, performance management and formulation of policies and strategies

Job Description :

• Pro-actively monitor customer circuits and react accordingly to any problem round the clock 24 x 7 in shift duties.
