WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL I NEED?

To successfully apply for this role you will need to obtain the following credentials;

• Cert IV in Fitness
• Current First Aid and CPR
• ABN & Public liability/professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum of 20 hours work experience in a commercial gym

Business Planning and Mentorship

Let us start your career with an initial 3 day business development induction, 12 Week Training & Development program, and ongoing weekly strategy meetings. Trainers are also equipped with access to our Online Portal containing ready to use client and business management software, along with templates and resources to download for your PT business.
Affordable Business Model

We offer an initial build up phase for new PT’s and train our team in general club operations, which provide opportunities to service staffed hours to lower ongoing rental fees. This split system makes us one of the lowest contractor models in the industry, plus provides career progression opportunities for PT’s looking to advance into mentorship or management roles within our group.
Fair Member Ratio

We operate in a small box community based gym, meaning we only hire trainers to meet our qualified lead demands. We provide a member to trainer ratio of 300: 1 giving our team equal share to build long term client bases. We also assist with getting clients by selling new member PT introduction packs, providing access to our member database, and including our PT’s into our social media campaigns.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our club is in need of someone who is ready to commence a new career in our club. To be successful in this model you will need to be competent in the following areas;

• Club support by providing inductions, orientation to the club and intro sessions to new members.
• Ability in running small group training sessions
• Open to contribute and participate in club activities and campaigns
• Passionate about health and fitness and workout  regularly
• Reliable and dependable (always on-time with appointments)
• Enthusiastic and approachable
• Exceptional customer service, communication and sales skills
• Ability to build and manage a business and be open to further learning
• Be a team player, but also a self-starter
