About the Company:

Lifescreen is part of a network of entities in Australia that form the Sonic Clinical Services group, under the ownership of Sonic Healthcare. Through our presence in pathology, primary care, occupational medicine, and community-based nursing services, we are the largest provider of community-based clinical services in Australia.

Through its national network of highly trained mobile nurses, Lifescreen provides a range of community-based clinical services including innovative programs for a range of acute and chronic conditions amenable to treatment in the home instead of hospital.

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Quality Administrator who will be responsible for aiding the co-ordination and expansion of a quality systems framework. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the day to day management of the company’s quality management system.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the operation of the Quality certification / accreditation process
  • Assisting Quality department with data entry and general administration tasks
  • Maintaining documentation to achieve compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Quality assurance, Compliance, or a similar field are preferred but not essential
  • An excellent eye for detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • The ability to liaise with people on all levels of the business
  • Sound problem solving skills with an ability to think on your feet
  • Competent computer skills including MS Word and  Excel

About the candidate:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has limited exposure to Quality and looking to learn and gain experience. Ideally suited for a recent graduate, or someone, that has had some experience within this field. This is a full-time role, based in Macquarie Park Sydney.

Experience working with ISO 9001 and/or NSQHS Health Standards, or previous quality management systems experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical/healthcare services industry would be highly desirable but not essential.
